Ft Worth, TX 76114 Rental Area

Hello,

I have been looking for properties in Texas, and a property that I looking at was in this area. I was wondering how the rental is like in this area. I took a look with Google Map and some additional info, and it looks like a safe, but low population area. I was wondering what the vacancy rate would be and relative to the pricing of different size units. Example: 2 bd 1.5 ba that is about 700 sqft should rent for ~$795-875.

Thank you for the help!
