My advice is to accept all forms of payment (maybe not bitcoin or 20 chickens - lol).As far as calling code enforcement well, all you can do, and should have been doing, is keeping your property up to code in the first place.

I believe you have to understand the mind of an investor, buyer, millionaire, billionaire, etc.
