To be a great wholesaler, real estate agent, middle man. I believe you have to understand the mind of an investor, buyer, millionaire, billionaire, etc. You have to understand the buyers interest and everyone’s interest is how much wealth is it going to bring them and the cash flow. Is there ways to better understand the situation without being an investor yourself or is the only way to really understand is through experience
