How can we alleviate taxation?

I'm aware of the issues with putting plumbing near an outside wall but thought that running them from the floor as opposed to the wall might alleviate that concern.

There are state tax credits and offsets that help to alleviate double taxation, but the general gist is that at the state level you’ll pay taxes at the rate of the highest tax state whether that’s where the income is generated or where you are domiciled.

The PM will help alleviate some of the tasks but you'll always receive phone calls & make phone calls from/to the PM regarding tenant & property issues (costs, repairs, evictions, late payments, turnovers, billing, etc.. ) which affect your bottom line .

That alleviates the interest rate risk, but doesn't force a refi from you when that 5 year time period comes up.

It alleviates a lot of the stress

The best wholesalers know their market VERY well and that should alleviate some fear if you know where to look for value.  

We were ready willing and able to move in and maintain the property and were willing to work quickly to make it happen and alleviate the family of the burden of caring the maintenance and costs associated with holding it.

And it definitely alleviates some of the angst of being in a sellers market and having to find a replacement property in a relatively shot amount of time.
