The older industrial space with the lower heights and less clear spaces doesn't get much attention but  the newer products with up-to-date office space, taller ceiling heights and locations in closer proximity to local amenities are leased out before steel is stood up!

If the roof system is factory built trusses, you likely could remove the interior walls as trusses are usually designed to only require support on the exterior walls.
