Tearing down a wall. Is it possible? How much?

Thank you for taking the the time to read and provide any feedback in advance.

The house is about 1200 sq ft with a big wall/closet in the middle (see picture attached). The floors are nice so I don’t see the need to do anything there but I will need to tear down the wall or possibly create a window with counter or opening depending on what is involved with the process.

I have done a cost analysis for repairs but I am not sure how much this part would cost or if/how I can do it. Please help and any recommendations in the Phoenix east mesa area would be appreciated.

@Srdjan Ilic.  I would recommend seeking out a reputable general contractor and structural engineer for the answer you are looking for.  While it will cost you a little cash, it is money well spent, as compared to the cost of repairs related to taking out a load bearing wall.
