I can upgrade to a pay version to collect rent directly and have a tenant portal which will be needed once I have a lot more properties.

They can either have a lender pull their COE, or the client can retrieve it themselves from the VA EBenefits portal.

If you just want to research neighborhoods and get a feel for whats going on where Zillow is fine to get started.Once you know a little more what you are looking for find a competent agent and ask for an MLS portal to be set up for you.

Hey all,This is not specific to my area but the HOA where few of our units are was wondering of any service/portal where they can send out meetings/alerts/news about the community i.e. water line being shut off....etc.I was thinking we could just use mailchimp or one of the free auto-responder mailing list as they don't want to incur any additional costs, (hoa fees already went up this year) so I am looking for any feedback if you know of.thanks

To avoid issues like this, I prefer to pull the wire information from the portal where all the other documents are housed or calling my contact to confirm the information verbally before heading to the bank versus using the information that is emailed to avoid any possibly errors or fraudulent activity.

I typically will have my clients in a portal on the MLS, but they still are going to use Zillow/Trulia(Due to it being well-known by consumers and the interface being very easy to use). 

I agree they are very responsive and communicative - the only downside so far is that they don't have an investor portal. 

The loan will stay in the name of the seller, you will catch up any and all arrears on the loan and login into the seller's loan portal to make the payments.

When I opened the online portal I was not able to see statements or any other past transactions in the account.Every page says something like 'Contact bankruptcy department' . 

Yes, I've already checkout out the Alabama Citizen Access Portal and typed a parcel number just to see who was paying the tax.
