thanks for posting, sounds like they are just MLM ing students to do the wholesaling for them, leaving them with scraps.It's sketchy "companies" like these that I don't do business with Wholesalers.if you are in a one party-recording state always record those conversations.

I know the big wholesalers who used to feed my clients deals in Orlando closed shop.But as long as there are \guru's on the internet doing the MLM sales pitch.IE use non of your own money.. make 20k a month in your sleep .. simply do this .. people fall for it and start everyday.. but 95% fail as its far harder than it looks and you do need substantial amount of money to market. and you need some pretty Mad sales skills to talk people into selling their houses for far less than they are really worth..

They tell the bars and stores what the price is and what it will be....period and the bar owners must purchase from a distributor, they could buy it cheaper at Wally World.

What's strange to me is that I see fitness training, hair distributors, all kinds of repairs, and even local sports recruiters, that utilize bandit signs but these signs are NEVER removed.

Just like MLM  real estate has been attacked by the dream merchants  IE real estate guru's its a great gig for them  they make boat load of money.I like the line from the Traffic song   Low Spark of the high heeled boys.it goes like this" the man bought a new suit on your dreams "  and that was written I suspect in the late 60s to 70s.. :)
