RE has many aspects (finance, negotiations, sales, marketing, dealing with tenants, accounting, technology, raising money, construction and more); I wish more beginners would take this approach.Tasks might entail anything from going to the property and taking pictures, picking up supplies, doing some admin work, marketing, website building/managing, social media, running initial comps, making follow up calls. 

I just was sure what that all entailed. 

We didn't get a chance or warning of the extent of repairs to properly care for our property beforehand, and we had no idea what the repairs entailed. 

And also the documents that explicitly explain what the deal entails in black and white writing.

There are some nuances here such as the due on sale clause and having to catch up the mortgage.A wrap entails you paying the original mortgage plus a bit extra.
