That industry is fraught with people who are incompetent and/or dishonest.

Typically the more dishonest with sellers your are, the more sellers you will get to sign your fraudulent contracts.

They are very dishonest in and very unorganized.

They’re very unprofessional and dishonest so we hope that’s not where your pulling your numbers because that would change the whole scenario for us. 

However... with a great market like Memphis, comes some pitfalls.. we haven’t had a very good experience with Crestcore in Memphis and have found them to be very dishonest, unprofessional, and very difficult to get a hold of.

In our opinion, very unprofessional, unorganized, and extremely dishonest. 

I think that it's because it typically does not require a license and others have feel honest or do not worry about being dishonest.

(Yes a buyer rep contract protect agents from having their time sucked out of them by people who are dishonest, but with the wrong agent it can also work against the buyers' interests.)

Often times we've seen their neighbors or church buddies endorse them and say what good "Christian" people they are when in reality, in our opinion, they're the most dishonest group you'll ever come across.

In our opinion, Crestcore is one of the most unethical and dishonest groups operating in Memphis.
