Lenders have different appetites for risk, so you will need to speak to individual lenders but I recommend finding a portfolio lender and building a relationship.

Estimated value of all 7 properties is ~$700k, ranging in price from $90k-$110ish.My credit scores are 742, 731, & 716 as of a couple weeks ago.It appears that many private lenders don't have an appetite for houses under $100k of value, unless the total loan exceeds $1m.

Sound suppression for the ceiling, acoustic glue-up ceiling tiles, is another easy, cheap fix that should help a bit.This is usually more of a problem when the upstairs people have little kids.

Hi Mike D'Arrigo,In a nutshell, most paper assets including and especially the stock market are being artificially inflated by the Federal Reserve;s unlimited "Quantitative Easing" (i.e. printing of currency) and suppressed interest rates, virtually at zero percent.
