It really exceeded my expectations  I was naïve and just expected a small town, but it's really a nice little city.I'll be heading up there a few times a year for work - I started to consider if it makes sense for me to invest there since the housing is more affordable than my current area.

I am super appreciative that people here acknowledge goals and show concern when someone may be headed in the wrong direction.

However, currently these are drying up very quickly, as most of the country has foreclosure moratoriums and even if not, courts and sheriff's offices are not holding auctions.Once things open back up, if the market continues to hold strong, like it has (again somewhat artificially), I would be heading to the Sheriff Sales to buy things.
