School being virtual definitely played a part  in it.  

Or if someone would like to show me how to virtually wholesale I wouldn’t mind split a fee on some deals on future deals we make.

I'm in a similar situation as you and I've turned to virtual wholesaling.

I've been looking for a virtual local meetup.
