I think you need to get sharper and more confident in your numbers before you pull the trigger.

What we are seeing now if super high risk loans that were made by certain portals at VERY high interest rates and points  coming home to roost and to add insult to injury they are in the Worst states for lending Vis a VI the foreclosure process and final disposition of the asset.

Hey @Jason WildeJust curious if you ever pulled the trigger on the midwest! 

Many come to learn, few pull the trigger, especially when it comes to this non-traditional side of investing. 

To be honest I probably pulled the trigger a little early as I didn't have a lot of cash on hand when I purchased and the rehab on a house built in 1900 can be challenging. 

When I find one that I am ready to pull the trigger on, I will certainly do that.
