Looking to Invest in Midwest
Hi everyone - I know this is a somewhat broad question, but I'm looking to invest in the midwest (i.e. Indianapolis area or Cincinnati area) and would like to find a property manager those areas that can be trusted and does a great job. Anybody know of one? Also wondering which cities in the area would be the best to find good single family investments or duplex/triplex type investments. Thanks.

Hi @Jason Wilde I'd be happy to chat with you about this anytime. I live in Lehi too and half my business is helping investors acquire properties in the midwest. Indianapolis is my favorite. In fact, I used to live there a few years back and was able to acquire a lot of great market knowledge and connections. Contact me if you'd like to meet up and discuss.
