Washington state seems like a good place to make this transition, and I'm interested in connecting with professionals and investors that are knowledgable about the market there.

If there's no occupancy changes, there may be just minimal costs to transition to multi-tenant space depending on the utility situation in the building.- Expected rental per unit for self-storage and also corresponding vacancy for those spaces-I'm familiar with all the construction in town.  

Hello Guy's I am currently transitioning to a new Market and my question for you all is.

A lot of places wanted a food and beverage minimum, were too far from transit, not enough parking, ect.  

She needs to look along the NJ Transit line and probably commute.  

The transition is something I think we're ready for.

It will change your life to transition to a PM software.  

.* Follow NJ Transit (Tenants that travel by train to work pay there rent usually)* Rents are usually much more competitive at strong train stops (Especially the Express Stops to and from NYC)* Evaluate the tax balance of industry to residential in the towns* Evaluate the school systems (renters that have kids stay longer and pay there rent)* Assure what you are pre-qualified to purchase

(I've already direct mailed the individual, but not entirely sure how accurate the out-of-country address is, or the likelihood of the mail getting lost in transit might be; do these skip tracing sites- other than phone numbers- provide email addresses?

Just wondering how far to go with changes to property to accommodate since they have been asking for other things like blinds on a back door, new carpet transition edging, then this door knob issue.
