Skip Tracing; best resource? Out of country?

Hi all,

I'll briefly explain what I'm looking to accomplish: I would like to skip trace an individual that is an OUT-OF-COUNTRY owner (Israel), and wanted to see if those who have used skip tracing services knew if finding people outside the US is doable. With that being said:

1) Which appears to be the best service for this?

2) What kind of information is one provided? (I've already direct mailed the individual, but not entirely sure how accurate the out-of-country address is, or the likelihood of the mail getting lost in transit might be; do these skip tracing sites- other than phone numbers- provide email addresses?

Would love some suggestions. Have read around a few threads, but haven't really found a concrete answer for my particular case (and several of those threads are really old, also...)

Thanks in advance for any help!

Cheers

@Ryan Dossey

Right on, brother, I'll get it over to them.

So, funny story about FB. It was the first thing I tried, of course, and I found a guy by that name, that lives here in Indy. So I reached out to him. He messaged me like 3 weeks later, and I quote "I do not own any property in Indy. But the city gov't harassed me last year anyways, by sending me tax bills. All this because some schmuck in Israel bought property and listed a name similar to mine." LOL even the city found this guy here in Indy, confused him for the owner, and are sending him tax bills haha
