@Ashley Knodel I think technically without a tub it is a 3/4 bath, but still better than a 1/2 bath.

My background is in architecture / interior design, but have since transitioned over to project management for creative agencies. 

Any feedback would be great, I’m looking to interview them early this week  I would start with credit score and employment as well as criminal background.

Technically, conventional loan property condition requirements include:Water and electric must be on and functioning normally at the time of the inspection.Roof - 3 years of service life remaining.

A little background is I am single and make approximately 150k/year in my non-realestate W2 dayjob.

Would a buyer do a background check for any contractor typically ?

I did some background research but has yet to find a bank that offers it.

I haven't been able to find anything.Some background: I am currently looking at purchasing my first home in ~1 year (the primary goal of this property will be a home, house hack on the side to help cover expenses).

A little personal background: I am a licensed Realtor and PM in Toledo, but I also own my own properties in Cleveland, Akron and Florida. 

I've just gotten my RE license, another owner has some RE development background in NY state but none locally so any thoughts are appreciated.
