I like partnership sounding names, as if there are some real heavy hitters, like: Duey, Chetum & Howe, Real Estate Investors LLC :) Actually, there is a good thread about names and what to take into consideration, like name being available, length of name you'll be signing stuff, how does it sound and easy to say, answering a phone, size on cards and type style, logo that fits, etc. :)

That leaves a lot of wiggle room in case I need to lower the price also if I cant sell it Ill be able to rent it without losing my shirt.
