Good name for a RE Brokerage company?

Hello All-

My buddy is starting up his own RE Brokerage and was asking me for some possible name suggesstions. Anyone have good name suggesstions?

I like partnership sounding names, as if there are some real heavy hitters, like:

Duey, Chetum & Howe, Real Estate Investors LLC :)

Actually, there is a good thread about names and what to take into consideration, like name being available, length of name you'll be signing stuff, how does it sound and easy to say, answering a phone, size on cards and type style, logo that fits, etc.

@Wayne  Woodson  - Realtors often get a bad rap that we do not deserve.  Along with that - clients tend to do a lot of stuff (especially buyers) that result in Realtors behaving in certain ways.

We Actually Call U Back, LLC

We Do More Than Put Up A Sign, LLC

We Don't Lie, LLC <- this is a good one

We Are Not Lazy Agents, LLC

Choose one of these names and I guarantee you will get tons of business. You will pretty much set yourself apart from every agent in your city. Good luck

I was only kidding of course. I just became an Agent last month but as I am learning Agents do get a rap that many don't deserve. I had a client just tell me that she called several local big name brokers (who shall remain nameless) but I was the only one who would return her calls. One guy even had the nerve to say he was too busy.

I'd personally go with

Honesty Realty, LLC

or

Integrity Realty, Inc

Something that shows that you are trustworthy and not just some slick willy looking to make a quick buck.

Well said. It has always been a mystery to me why realtors in my area will spend the time/resources to show a house before pre-qualifying the prospective buyer. The large majority of clients will prove to be a waste of time.

I'm in the process of incorporating and have been struggling to find a name also.  My plan is to sell the business when I retire in 15 years, so I have to structure it from the beginning as an entity that someone can pick up and run with when I'm gone.  The final 3 contestants each have words that denote strength, reliability and professionalism.  Others have suggested using words like "honest" and "integrity" - but names like that remind me of the old saying ... "lies often start with 'this really happened, really...'".  Everyone says they are honest and have integrity.  Your name should be unique.

How about these potential brokerage firm names?

We Have The Hottest Realtors in Town, LLC (because, unfortunately, that't the main thing that many of you consider when choosing a Realtor, so we spend our money marketing our pretty faces and big boombas instead of marketing your property, but hey, that's what you want).

We're All Family Here Realtors, Inc. (for those of you who will only work with your cousin's step-brother's mother-in-law's next-door-neighbor who just so happens to be a newbie Realtor).

Bounce Around Real Estate, Inc (for those of you who want to bounce from one Realtor to another, to another, just please keep it within our firm and we won't care).

We Jump When You Call Realtors (cause we can just jump up and leave church or our kid's soccer game at 2-minutes notice to go show you a house, but please don't jump over to Bounce Around after we have "jumped around" for you).

Who Cares About Appointments Real Estate, LLC (hey, just cause you made an appointment to meet us at a certain time, you really don't have to actually show up - we don't really have anything better to do).

No Money, No Credit, No Problem Realtors, Inc (we're all a bunch of hunger newbies and we won't ask you for loan pre-approval cause we don't want to offend you).

Cheapest Damn Realtors in Town, LLC (yep, go ahead and ask and we'll cut our commission for you, cause we don't have all of that overhead like, marketing, E&O Insurance, training, education, a website, etc - all we do is stick a sign in your yard, but hey, you're too damn cheap to pay for anything else).

Sure, We'll Drive Your Arse All Around BFEgypt All Day Realtors, Inc (as long as you don't mind riding in a horse-drawn buggy since gas is so expensive and we know that there's a 70% chance that you will bounce over to Bouce Around or No Money anyway).
