I'm from the South Florida area.

I take metra downtown everyday and I'm always seeing opportunities on the south side.

I don't know things in your area as much but ones that I know that aren't too far are the Eastern MA REIA in Taunton, The South Shore REIA on the Cape, @Mike LaCava 's meetup in Plymouth and I believe there is a REIA meeting in Providence.

Hello everyone, my name is Cliff and I am a new investor in the South Jersey area, just outside Philadelphia.

So values in Detroit in some areas are climbing and I see some pretty neat infill.. but its not in the cash flow south of 8 mile areas and for SURE there will not be any kind of success on equity that those who chose to invest in Atl in the nicer areas in 2010 to 2012 enjoyed.. that I  can assure you.. there simply is to many homes to much product.

We have been doing lots of research on real estate investing in general but need a little guidance on South Carolina laws/restrictions specifically.
