@Marisa Rowe aww I remember these days. I had a client buy Detroit properties in bulk straight fro. Fannie/Freddie. 100s of homes for 1-2k each. Detroit has def come back in certain areas but like most real estate it can change street to street. I have investors who have done good and some who have been killed. So you need to do your research. And never buy sight unseen, fly out to the city. Drive the block, see the area. Dont be afraid to invest in Detroit just do research first.
