Property owners won't know that going into it, but they are lured in by low fees.The old saying is true: you get what you pay for, not to say that all PM companies that charge "high" will do a good job, but I feel confident in saying that if you are paying very little for services, you will get very little in return.Best wishes!

@Bryan OjedaIf the business has been paying the debt for 12+ months, you can usually remove the liability from your calculations.Keep in mind that while DSCR loans don't always report to credit, THEY CAN.

The trustee will be a LLC we create in WY to hold the land trust for the anonymity and added asset protection.The question I have run into now is that some things I am reading say that I will have to register the LLC in the state I live in, (will be Illinois) so I will be basically paying for two LLCs. 1.
