Fortunately I am living with my wife's parents and rent isnt much for us right now ($600).

Basically my biggest worry is that I wouldn't qualify for a loan because of my lack of having a real job basically.I just moved out of my parents house and am now living with my sister, renting from my parents for $300 a month and already hate the idea of just getting rid of money monthly with no long term use.To sum things up, I love the idea of house hacking and hope I will be capable of doing it as soon as possible, but is it feasible for me?

If you are no longer living at home with parents you need to pay for housing anyways, and being in college, finding other students to be your roommates should be pretty easy.

Hello BP,My parents have agreed to sell me their house.

All 3 are moving out of parents home for 1st time. 

My parents typically sell new builds/flips without agents in RI. 

I could include this as part of their move-out instructions and let them know they can leave the goods on the counter for us to collect and donate.
