I don't give a lot of positive reinforcement to ongoing complaints on such closed issues. 

Hello BP,My wife an I ran into an interesting situation while trying to purchase our second out-of-state buy and hold property.Currently, all loans have been taken out in my name.  

I wanted to get the communities thoughts on going pro bigger pockets and is it worth it?

I use the RLOC to pay for ongoing repairs (roofs, HVAC systems, etc) and as a funding source for the down payment (sometimes the whole purchase price) and renovation work on new purchases. 

As for the advice on going to a local REIA meeting @Franki Woods @Jeff Libby, even as a newbie I know this would be one of my greatest resources.
