You need that short-term income coming in to stay liquid and then you need those nice cash flowing assets to provide steady income.In my opinion, you need to set up that short-term income network up first because that's the money coming in that you'll use to build the long-term portfolio.

I would be surprised if it's a lot faster in other states, because there's a process that gives creditors and other claimants a chance to get their input into the process before assets are liquidated.
