hi, I'm  Lead abatement contractor investing in real estate income property

The lead consists of two properties being sold as a package.  

So far, I have been targeting probate leads and using bandit signs as a method of marketing.

I would think the more conversations with people would lead to potential relationships.

I'm looking for information and guidance on getting my RE License over there, and hopefully a lead for part-time work.

I will only lead them to you then it is your baby..

I get 4 to 5 leads everyday but had no experience how to handle it.

He is a contractor who does sub work for high end custom homes here (his primary trade is finish carpentry) though he can do the gamut of tile, drywall, siding etc)  I'm also capable of a lot of this work though I work better assisting someone else, some I can take the lead.  

After doing some research, I've found a few resources in www.coverwell.com and some craigslist leads.

Also, what is the likelyhood of this happening, and where do I aquire the leads, contracts, buyers Leads, etc...
