Hello all. My name is David from Baltimore, Towson. I work full time at one of the hospital. I bought my first house in great neighborhood few months ago at Auction with built in equity. it's worth over half million. I am getting my feet wet into rental properties with BRRR Strategy in couple of months with capital I have saved up. I am looking forward to soaking up all the knowledge this site has to offer. PS: I am looking for property manager who could help me create a lease. My house is SFR 4000 sq ft living space,it has two units, sort of duplex two kitchens, two heat pumps, seprate entrance. I m trying to rent out main side of the house 3bed 2 bath renting for $2049. I get 4 to 5 leads everyday but had no experience how to handle it. One prospect tenant completed the application and I m reviewing it right now. Anybody knows, where do I find property manager or attorney who could help me create a lease.
