In that F neighborhood I have literally heard gunshots every night for nearly a month, seen people conduct drug deals and advertise/offer drugs in broad daylight, gamble in the middle of the street (again in broad daylight), children younger than high school age running the streets truant, endless fighting and domestic violence, etc.... you get the picture.

I recently passed all of my CPA exams and am waiting for the certificate to arrive before becoming official around January of 2017.My interest in real estate started in high school where I became inspired after reading Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad.

That said, there's plenty of people that rent that either don't have children or send them to private schools anyway.What we've found is that properties that are close to where we live work well for us since there's much less commute time for refurbishment and maintenance.
