Hello BP Community,

My name is Ron Trinh (Cheng is an alternative spelling) and I am currently working full time in La Jolla, CA as a Tax Accountant for a regional public accounting firm. There, I am developing my passion and technical expertise in both real estate and dealer services (car dealerships). I recently passed all of my CPA exams and am waiting for the certificate to arrive before becoming official around January of 2017.

My interest in real estate started in high school where I became inspired after reading Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad. As a result, I chose real estate investing as my long-term wealth building vehicle to drive along side my professional career in public accounting. I am currently interested in learning the basics in order to get my first property in the North County of San Diego around this time next year.

As the saying goes "the best time to start real estate investing is now," therefore, I could not help but jump on the opportunity to join this community.

I look forward to joining all of you on this journey.

Thanks,

Ron
