I make my living on working with more affluent individuals who want to trade equity for ease of transaction.

I continually work to build my network with nearly everyone in the business from title lenders, brokers, and even from the plumbers, electricians etc. that we hire to see if they have friends they would recommend.  

I am also looking for an AZ lic RE agent who would be willing to pull comps and help me locate individuals that would advise me on the condition of the homes that I have under contract but no idea of their condition and repo assessments.

I found a great SFR in a very friendly family neighborhood built in the last 25 years (less maintenance risk).  

I heard that this could bring a lot of attorneys into the picture, unless the seller of the house and realtor are really good friends. 

With the help of family and friends I was able to do much of the work myself (and learn a ton along the way.)That experience sparked my interest in real estate investing.After building some equity in my initial foreclosure purchase, I bought a single family home within walking distance of a local university near my hometown.
