My question has 2 parts. 1) is there a way to change the contractor without his release since he has done nothing to the house yet?

I've been house hacking for the last several years. 

I have 2 story house with the basement. 3/1 with opportunity to add second bathroom on the second floor.  

If you're looking to put even less, you'd have to get creative somehow - house hack, second position seller financing, etc.

Her son is living in that house right now and it is falling apart.

Are there any house plan websites that are specifically geared toward investors for spec homes?

We clearly outline the early check-in and late check-out policies in the listing house rules and the automated messages we send out before check-in and before check-out.IF there is a violation we will send them a late check-out fee payment request.

So I have a question, I have a property that has a main dwelling and  that has a carriage house (ADU) in the back it was my first property ever bought I was severely underinsured on the carriage house.

I leave one in the living area , rest replace with light fixtures, Renters never clan them and when i do get the house have to replace them . finally said heck with it.
