Looking to expand my RE assets/ investments with focus on rental income and eventual way out of the rat race!

It takes a certain mindset and most people have their strenghts somewhere else.So, it would be putting the cart before the horse to start an LLC first, when you don't know if you're actually going to do something with it.

It can seem daunting but slow and steady wins the race.

I understand there's a possibility for a SpaceX landing pad and a (car) race track development...I'll have to find the link I read a while ago.I've done the seller finance thing and it was a bit of a pain sending out monthly statements and bills and keeping track of things.  

I just want to get out of the rat race.

The goal is to quit the rat race so I can focus on this full time so, we're definitely putting max energy into the "due diligence" part of it all.  

Some people kind of want it and others dream about it everyday and take small steps that become big steps and eventually you look back and go this is amazing.It's weird in a way when you are not in the rat race anymore and are on the outside looking in.       

Working full-time in the rat race isn't making this process of building my boots on the ground any easier but I'm NOT letting that stop me from achieving financial freedom for my family.
