Colorado work horse looking for knowledge & financing!

Good evening all!  My name is Brian Doble.  I'm a northern Colorado general contractor with 19 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.  I specialize in upper end custom homes and renovations.  I've done a few flips with some local investors, but only as the contractor of choice.  I'm looking to step into the investment side and build a diverse portfolio of short and long term investments.  I found myself signing up for BiggerPockets today after my lovely wife (20 year real estate broker) spotted yet another investment opportunity, sure to make someone a handful of cash, but I had to say "we just can't afford it".  I'm here to learn, grow, and maybe even find a few business partners.  Look forward to chatting with you.

Brian
