I've already listened to several podcasts, which I have enjoyed, and am reading the beginners guide.  

The podcasts and Beginner's guide are a great way to take in a ton of knowledge about real estate.  

I think a great way to begin using BP is to read the Bigger Pockets Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing as Josh and Brandon did a great job with it.

A home valuation guide works well for some agents.

Hey All, I'm trying to get a google voice number setup and I can't get rid of the "please state your name and we will try to connect you" standard message before it rings to my number then plays my custom voice message.I've called from 4 different numbers, half the time it goes directly to my custom message and half the time it plays the automated message then goes to my custom message.
