Hi fellow BP's,

I am new in real estate business and interested to learn more about flipping house as the starting point. Currently I am still have 8-5 job, but I dream that I can establish my own empire through real estate investment.

I watched a lot of BP's podcast, and I believe I can learn a lot more from this forum :)
