So, my fiancé and I got tired of being benchwarmers in the home-buying game, and we decided to make our grand entrance in August 2023, right when interest rates were doing their best sky-high impersonation at nearly 7%.

I got stage be 3B melanoma…had three surgeries, but luckily I didn’t need chemo but I immuno therapy, which is not covered by insurance cost 80 grand around twice a year so I had to sell two of my rentals, which were great to have but after all, my bills wasn’t much anymore I couldn’t save and this is what led to this project Four years later I’m stagnant I got no money to grow and land.

Sorry to be so negative, but if you could do this it would be a complete absolute grand slam for you, but if the person has any financial acumen, that is what they will be looking at. 

The 4 unit is grand fathered in and all 4 units are legal units.
