Investor Friendly Mortgage Companies in Colorado?
I live in Greeley, Colorado and am looking at a property in Grand Junction. Can you recommend some investor friendly mortgage lenders in Colorado? I am looking to make an offer on a property and I’m a little bit short (maybe $10k) of a 20% down payment.
I am already in a house hack, so I can’t go the 3-5% down route. I’m looking at getting qualified for a 30 year mortgage, but need some ideas on the down payment shortage. I figure a good mortgage company will have some hard money leads, etc.
Thanks in advance!
