When your listing expires, is there any way for you to still make money from your listing?

For example, in Nevada once you are licensed you are required for the rest of your life to disclose that you are an agent (whether your license is active or expired) and if you intend to make a "secret profit".

Ask for the Members LES(leave earnings statement) it will confirm there pay, rank and length of service and most importantly their ETS (expiration of service).

The lease on one of the tenants is expiring in 60 or so days and I do not want to renew it (he consistently pays late, could get more in rent for the unit, etc).

In that case you have 30 days from the time their lease expires (or the time they move out) to return it less any applicable deductions.

They move so slow, that sometimes the property can be sold at tax sale and the redemption period expires before they get it sold.

I work pre-foreclosures, tax deed auctions, probate, expired listings, code enforcement liens to find deals. 

@Brett Fine I dont see a problem asking them to fill out an application for your records.You will have to live with the lease on side one until it expires, but would definetly look at raising the rent or allowing them to go MTM with incremental increases along the way.
