For example, in Nevada once you are licensed you are required for the rest of your life to disclose that you are an agent (whether your license is active or expired) and if you intend to make a "secret profit".

@Brett Fine I dont see a problem asking them to fill out an application for your records.You will have to live with the lease on side one until it expires, but would definetly look at raising the rent or allowing them to go MTM with incremental increases along the way.
