Why Would I Need A RE Agent as an Investor?

Im curious to know why some investors choose to go it on there own while others choose to partner, or employ a RE Agent to help them find deals...

What are the Pros and Cons?

@Ryan Blake

Here are some reasons we use one...

1. Pocket listings, last screaming deal we got, we knew about it 3 days before it hit the market.

2. Transaction insurance

3. Paperwork getting done on time, and filled out perfect. (my realitor has over 1000 transactions under her belt, I have 9... she is better.

4. She has relationships that I can access.  (this is huge)

5. She pulls comps, and offers many other services

Just some thoughts
