Should I evict tenants
I have a rental property. Currently, I rent it for a 1000 a month. I think I could get 1200 a month. However, my tenants always pay on time and have not caused any issues. A lot of people told me that if I have good tenants that I should stick with them. Instead of evicting and getting new tenants and raising the rent. The mortgage is 900
Any input would be helpful!
