And there's certainly nothing wrong with trying.Certainly nothing wrong with trying...and certainly possible to succeed with the right attitude and work ethic...I just believe there's less of a chance to succeed when your attitude is, "This is a deal that happens all day long around the usa, agree?"

It's basically saying "Mr/Mrs Seller, I know we can get $70k for your house, but I want you to sell it to me for only $50k so I can get my cut"This doesn't appear ethical....unless I'm missing something
