Yes the old owner who is now the new owner will re enter negotiations6. the mortgage will now be able to be resold to John as its been reinstated although its still in default.7.. and at the end of this we will have justice and world peace. !!!

If liability protection is very important to you,then get a strong home insurance with enhanced liability protection and even an umbrella insurance, if that makes you feel better.
