Section 8 market in Vegas

Is anyone cash flowing with Las Vegas Section 8 tenants? you can usually get a little more in monthly rent with section 8 tenants because of the higher risk of damage. Just wondering if any one has went this route and how it is going. I would like to hear about section 8 tenants in other states a well.

@Zack Williams

I have section 8 tenants in Las Vegas that are long term tenants that take care of apartment. I have had section 8 tenants that were short term and overall bad. The key is to screen the tenant. However, through trial and error, I suggest picking the tenant that is longer in tooth.
