I had heard $50/unit but thought since these were mostly efficiencies that might reduce the total water usage.

Please let me know if this thought process is deeply flawed or has some logic behind it!

And when I thought that rates would start to climb again I would have to pay 3k or whatnot to refi into a new fixed rate.

However, the new rental is a new property to me and while I'm doing everything I can to have all the pieces working, I might miss something.I have had a vacation out of the country scheduled for about 9 months(before I even thought about buying this property).

I thought all this sounded like a great idea and was going to buy the course.

I understood and offered some various solutions but to no luck.So I thought, maybe I could instead simply be their investment advisor.
