I am looking for some one with integrity and experience who needs a bird dog.

He requested to do some fleas treatment too... which makes sense due to the previous tenants having dogs.

After watching many documentaries and reading a lot I decided I wanted to get into investing for a living and I love real estate also I figured it would be smart to combine the 2.I am really eager to learn from the more experienced and looking forward to making some connections. 

I would love to bird dog but honestly I don't have much information on it.

@Joel Owens  I don't have a dog in the race (I'm more of a SFR investor), but I'm curious: why can't a 18 door complex be managed by a property manager?  

However, I'm not sure how exactly: bird dogging or lead generation?
