We are planning to buy investment property on the Indianapolis area. We are new to investing and seem to like the idea of turnkey properties but are not sure how to get started. Anyone of you out there can through a dog a bone and give me a little advice on this. We are looking for quality investment homes for long term. Any advice is appreciated

This has been a popular area for many out of state investors.  I recommend it and have found it to be a great market.  Incomes and job possibilites provide good stability.  Legal envionment is very supportive to property management.  Let me know if you have any questions or would like to look around sometime.  Picking your property is important....but a major consideration would be your selection of a great property manager.  Managing your property manager would be the ongoing priority.
