If they make value claims, make them provide WRITTEN comps (and make sure they make sense)3.

I checked the chain of title on the property looks like it was never actually purchased by the TK company, rather it was Quit claimed from the old owner to them.  

I am very motivated to get this next property purchased renovated and completed before the end of the year so my ask is if anyone has a great agent for investors it would be greatly appreciated!!!
