Also, I have never heard of a civil suit getting damages for that type of conduct.Usually people just move or add a safety chain or lock, when they have a creepy landlord that doesn't respect boundaries.I am not a lawyer, this is not legal advice.

The email stated that the underwriter has assigned an action for me which read as follows: "The shed is in poor condition and needs the following repairs: rotten soffit and fascia, roof replaced and trees at the back cut down to prevent further damage."

If you are buying physical business assets most of that is 10 cents on the dollar and hardly no restaurant equipment places will be for anything to liquidate because warehouse is full and nobody is opening up new stuff in this environment until they know when the peak is.

in my Pet Addendum: "Tenant will perform regular housekeeping duties, including sweeping and vacuuming, clean up all waste, and assume all responsibility and cost for any damages, cleaning, replacements or any other expense to the property that are a result of the animal."
