@Krishan Khalsa Hi Krishan, you may be able to get an exception if DTI is an issue and also be able to use asset dissipation as income to get the loan approved but if the MI company declines more often than not, the lender will decline even if the UW is willing to make the exception.

I would like to focus on south east Florida (Miami Beach/Fort Lauderdale area) since I enjoy traveling there for vacations (i’m from Michigan).
